The employees at this hotel are phenomenal The bellmen went above and beyond to make our entrance and exit as seamless as possible The valet staff were exceptional Housekeeping were constantly on floor somewhere and did an excellent job of respecting our request for privacy but still making sure we didn’t go without Restaurant workers and bar area also were amazing and gift shop as well We definitely plan to attend this convention every year and this is the place we want to stay !!!

Hotel is fine, except for one major issue - there is no free wifi, and the paid one is expensive as hell. In the year 2022, in a hotel of this price and category, I find that outrageous. Especialy considering that the only way to order food is through an online website - we arrived late at night, from Europe so having no mobile internet, and this is what they tell us. What on earth are they thinking?

The Room was very clean and modern with a super comfy bed and nice bathroom. I appreciated the coffee machines and fridge, as well as the nice view from my window. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the main (big) lobby bar had great food and drinks with very friendly service! The hotel is also very well located to see sights with a subway station close by.

The gym was one of the top gyms we've ever been to in a hotel/resort environment. We travel at least a few times a month and we both were highly impressed with the two floor gym! Also, the staff was incredible. The front desk, the security, housekeeping and the food delivery people,....LOVED the location in proximity to great restaurants and all the sites to see.

The Cafe options were very delectable as well. As a female traveler, it was very comforting to know that even the elevators were key card accessible only.
